Just step into your grocery store and you are immediately inundated with all the latest marketing buzz words; Natural, all natural, organic, certified organic, whole, antioxidants and so on. It’s enough to make your head spin.
And it doesn’t just apply to food. It includes every product you can think of, because the purpose of every word on every product is to get you to buy it! And unfortunately they will lie to get you to buy. So, how do we know what we are putting into our bodies?
